Well my last post, rest and recovery, sure was not an exciting one. lol, it didn't excite me either,  I hope this will be a more chearful topic. :-)

I have twenty of these fridge magnets to give away this week, one to each of up to 20 posters on this blog.

The image is from a watercolour of Anna Bay in NSW, that I painted a few decades ago, it's so simple yet I always loved it more than more complex works. I love the positive motivational message by Steven Blair, I used with the work, it inspires me and I love to share it with others
 so the first comment posters (up to a max of 20 ),  on this post, will all recieve one for free, I have 20 to give away. On Sunday I will contact my posters who have won.  This would also make a great stocking filler or gift to send with a card.

Hey Kathy,

How true is this quote!
And yet everyone still focuses on the number on the scales, myself included.
Society trains us to think that no matter how fit and active we may be, it matter not unless we reach some, often unrealistic, number on the scales.
If only we had a set of scales for "health" instead!

I love Anna Bay, it's so gorgeous up there. Your painting is exceptional Kathy and this quote is perfect. If only we could get more people to follow this great advice. Maybe people would relax a little, stop focussing on the numbers and let it happen naturally. Have a brilliant day my friend.
