2010 and the new decade will see me complete my weight management journey to begin a lifetime of weight maintenance at a weight I am happy with, focusing now on fitness.

It took courage to post my before picture at the top of this page. I did this to show you that I 'know what it was like to battle the bulge in the morbidly obese range'. But I am not 'selling' you a diet or pill, I'm all for advising having a lifestyle where we take learn to nuture ourselves with more love annd care and in doing so become aware of our bodiesneeds for nutrition and a balance of energy in and energy out that will bring us safely and joyfully to the weight that is right for us and the best health we are able to enjoy.
