Lisa Hose has won The Australian Biggest Loser 2010.
A beautiful woman in every way, a deserved winner. CONGRATULATIONS Lisa, I am thrilled that you won. :-)

She lost 56.2kgs, 46.10% of her body weight beating Joe who lost 82.7kgs, 45.97% of his body weight.

41yo Lisa from Perth won $370,000 for her efforts and the title of the first ever female Biggest Loser.

Final weigh-ins were:

Lisa lost 56.2kg (46.10%).
Joe lost 82.7kgs (45.97%)
Shannon lost 89.6kg (41.81%).
Wayne lost 62.8kg (38.89%).

The finale also celebrated previous winners and contestants Adro, Tracy, Courtney, Sean, Alison, Sam, Megan, Sami, Sharif and Bob.
The entire program had a 'feel good', air to it :-).

The host  Hayley Lewis started in the job with many people voicing a preference for another in the host roll but wowed the audience from day one with her genuine empathy with contestants.

Michelle Bridges the female trainer Looked 'Hot', a stunning beauty in a cocktail dress rather than gym clothes at the final ceremony and trainer Shannon and the Commando looked so smart in suits.

TEN also announced auditions for a Family version of The Biggest Loser, calling on teams of families of 4.

I love Hayley as the host, I felt that she really got into and personally involved with every competitor so much more than the other one (already forgotten name).

Yes Sheridan, I thought Hayley was superb in the role, I was in two weight loss forums before the show went to air and the reception to her being chosen as the host was negative and I was thrilled when she had everyone changing thier opinion and seeing how RIGHT she was for that role doing more than just reading from a script but encouraging and empathising with the contestants while never losing the professionalism of the show host's role. :-).
