I have NO idea if this is a good book.  The fact that it says, lose weight on any diet, will stop me from buying it unless I viewed the contents list first and I am not interested in the unhealthy practice of losing weight on 'any' diet, I would only entertain losing weight on a healthy eating plan.  Anyhow, getting over, picking on the language used there, I do think that the overcoming emotional eating aspect of this book would be worth a read and of benefit - on a healthy eating plan.   Now the losing it in France book below, I do love. :-). It is also beautiful to touch and look at and would make a lovely gift.

Great inpiration. Am sugar free 1 wewk now. started in december lost 40 lb. my living situation changed was that the sugar for 2 months. there was a big difference in how I felt I gained 10 lb. felt awful and ate more. I have noticed a big difference and how I feel and how much I eat. discovered your site through sweet poison and find much inspiration. love your artwork
