My body clock is a little up the kaput lately.   Late hours working have caused me to be unable to sleep when i do get to bed even though very tired.  I toss n turn for several hours then fall into a deep sleep I don't want to wake up from when it is time to wake. 

Today I can celled one job I have been doing, a little less on my mind for this coming week and I am heading to bed a few hours earlier than usual and I am actually quite tired, so hope tonight is the night I sleep soundly and am awake when morning comes and I'm ready to work.  So goodnight all :-)
